Farm Rules

Walter’s Farm has certain farm safety and biosecurity rules, which may be amended from time to time. Farm rules include, but are not limited to, sanitizing footwear prior to entry to the event, staying in the designated event areas, staying out of the animal enclosures, refraining from feeding the animals, refraining from smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages and following instructions given by Walter’s Farm personnel. You agree to abide by these rules at all times. For the safety of our animals, we do not allow therapy or pet dogs on the property. 

Assumption of Risk

Participation in this event is voluntary and is done at your own risk. You recognize that this event is held at a private farm. You voluntarily assume any and all risk and dangers associated with the event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. You voluntarily agree that Walter’s Farm and any person or entity associated with the event and their respective agents are expressly released by you from all claims, demands, rights, actions, obligations, costs, damages, judgments or liabilities (including attorney’s fees) resulting from your attendance at the event. By entry into the event and use of the premises, you acknowledge and agree that participation in the event involves inherent risk and obvious dangers.

Refund Policy

Walter’s Farm will not issue refunds unless the event is cancelled in its entirety. Your admission ticket shall bear no cash value. Your admission ticket is a revocable license, and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket price.

Promotional Materials

You grant and authorize Walter’s Farm the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all photographs and videos taken during the event, such authorization to continue indefinitely.
